About The Owner
Todd Martin
As a teenager, our founder and owner began working with his father Bill Martin of William R. Martin & Sons, Inc. They specialized in building condos and homes in Fraser, Michigan, in the late 1980’s. Todd learned and developed his career as a contractor with his family business, and later became the site superintendent of Pine Ridge Villas Property Development in 1996. His experience with apartment buildings, condominium sites, industrial facilities, and single family homes make Todd a qualified and experienced business owner in all things roofing. His professionalism and strive for excellence have made Select Renovations the roofing company it is today.
