Todd started working summers for his Father around 10 years old. William built multi-family condominiums and single family homes. From a very young age, Todd learned the values of hard work. Always leaning toward "doing it right the first time". Roofers were always challenging to work with, so we started to install our own roofs. By the late 90's, Todd was a full time roofer and learned "hand in hand" trades like siding, standing seam, custom metals and other exterior work. Todd learned the value and gratification of "keeping water out". Todd has attended multiple trade shows, informational courses and training seminars, learning proper techniques to help his business evolve.

Jay Boyd has proudly served his country as an AIRBORNE RANGER in the U.S. ARMY from June 2000-December 2004. His successful military career has included combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq.

Jay is a man who prefers actions with tangible results rather then promises and words. As a holder of the CERTAINTEED MASTER SHINGLE APPLICATOR and QUALITY MASTER certificates, Jay upholds the basic tenets of project development in order to produce tangible results based on planning realistic goals and action plans. Regardless of the tasks, Jay ensures that excellent results are produced.

Jay, functioning as the General Manager at Select Renovations showed beyond doubt that he was perfect for the company. He didn't just meet goals; he exceeded them month in and month out. He created seamless processes that were undeniably close to genius. Jay also had some hard months, time of which clients seemed very difficult to manage, but in such times his leadership rose above the challenge and proved that true leadership is made better with tough times. Jay is at the top of his game.

Outside of work Jay is a league hockey player, bowler, enjoys his saltwater fish tank and an overall great guy.
